This is such an easy recipe. This is a pound cake with raspberries, mint, and a cream topping. This is super easy and very good!
Ingredients:
Raspberries, fresh mint, Cool Whip, vanilla pudding mix, honey, and prepared pound cake.
Directions:
Make the pudding according to the instructions on the box. Add in about 1 and a half cups of Cool Whip and mix.
In a separate bowl, add most of the raspberries, mint, and honey. Mash with a fork.
To plate:
Layer your pound cake, add raspberry mix, top with cream mix. Finish with a garnish of whole raspberries and some mint leaves.
